we serve undercover roasters coffee that we source from the direct from the roaster in melbourne. bimbo bird & the fox are a crew that take our coffee VERY seriously & we're all trained baristas that know our stuff!

event bar service...

by night, we love serving up drinks at weddings & events!
our crew all hold an RSA certificate & are super professional, friendly & fun! 

we will arrive at the venue one hour prior to the beginning of drinks service. we ask that you ensure all drinks are already chilled prior to our arrival so we're ready to rock when we get there! 

depending on the package you select, we can provide drinks service from the van only, roaming service, glassware, ice, bespoke bar menus, tea & coffee.

prior to the end of your event, we will do a tidy up, switch out glassware for disposable cups (so you can keep partying) & be on our merry way!

our bar service for events is customised to suit each individual client - we don't want you paying for things you don't need.

the smalL

if you've got an intimate short & sweet event of 75 people or less, this little set up is perfect, including three hours of drinks service, two super amazing staff members, & glassware.

from $480 for approx. 75 guests

the big 

this package is perfect for events of approx. 120 people, it includes six hours of roaming & van based drink service, four friendly & professional staff members & glassware. we can also provide coffee & tea to go with dessert!

from $800 for approx. 120 guests

the recovery

there is nothing better than having a blast the night before, knowing your recovery will be sorted the morning after! 
our coffee crew will serve all the caffeinated goodness for two hours the next day.

from $360 for approx. 50 guests
